1),What is the common order process

1, You should send INQUIRY to us by email, fax, telephone, MSN or online message, including the type of stone, size, surface finish, drawing etc.

2, Our sales will give you QUOTATION within 24 hours when we receive your inquiry.

3, DISCUSSTION about the price, processing, color, quality, delivery time, freight cost, payment, sample etc.

4, We make Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract for your confirmation, you should confirm the PI or contract, then arrange deposit or open the L/C, we'll start production when we receive the deposit or L/C.

5, SHIP all of products, fax the B/L to client, then client should pay the balance, or present all of documents with L/C to the bank.

6, Send all of original documents to clients or make the telegraphic release after we receive the balance of payment.

2),Could I get a stone sample?

Yes, just specify your requirement. We usually supply 10 x 10 x 1 cm (4" x 4" x 3/8") or 15 x 15 x 1 cm(6" x 6" x 3/8") stone samples, they are available free of charge ex-factory, but the courier cost are collected except for some long-term partners. We also provide beautiful brochures to aid you in selling more products.

NOTE: FULL size tiles are also available but these add considerably to the weight therefore please remember the extra weight charge to be included.

We have two payment methods for sending samples.
1. Courier: Your courier account number is requested. Please ensure that it allows for incoming charges.
2. If you do not have a courier account, payment can be made by Western Union or T/T. We would then pre-pay for your sample's freight to the courier company.

NOTE: Some courier companies will allow us to send "Freight Collect", however this is not guaranteed.

3),Can I get your printed product catalogue?

For our long-term clients, we can send the beautiful printed product catalogue by express free of charge, for our new clients, we can supply printed product catalogue free of charge, but the express cost should be collected by our clients.

4),What is your minimum order?

It depends on what you are buying. Normally,our minimum order is one 20' full container, with mixed products, such as tiles, countertops, stone carvings and so on. But this doesn't mean that we don't accept LCL container (less than a container load).

5),What is your payment term?

Our standard payment term could be T/T (50% in deposit, balance on the receipt of copy of B/L) or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

6),What is approximate delivery time from order?

Within 10-45 days after receipt of your Irrepealable L/C At Sight or TT according to your quantity.

7),Could you guarantee your quality? How?

For each order, no matter it is small order or big order, we will have our Quality Inspectors to be responsible for quality testing of all stone raw materials and finished products.Each order will be followed and monitored from beginning to end by experienced QC inspectors to ensure quality standards and punctual delivery. In addition, we also welcome clients to monitor product quality by either personally visiting our production areas or employing third party independent inspection companies.Quality is the life of an enterprise. It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.

8),Why are your prices so competitive?

You are buying directly from the manufacturer and exporter.

9),Is it possible to keep cargos as same color as sample?

No, stone is a natural material with naturally occurring variations in color, tone, granularity, pattern, etc, be allowed color Tolerance & Pattern.

10),How many colors we can load in one 20' container for countertops or tiles?

Normally about 2-4 colors. It is easier for us if you buy no more than 4 colors (say 2-3 colors)and we appreciate it. Especially for some foreign/imported granite or marble, they are not so popular. If you buy many colors for one container, it will make us inefficient and the cost will be really high.

11),How could I get to know how much stone I could load per 20' container?

At Xiamen Port in China, we could load the maximum gross weight of 27 tons into one 20'container. Therefore, how much stone you could load per 20' container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of stone colors ranges from 2600 to 3000KGS per cubic meter. The marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter. The granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates.

Therefore, for America(MIX Net Gross:20.5T), The quantity per 20' container load is as follows..

12),How to ship the cargos from your country to my city?

We have some good shipping agency to transport the cargos from our country to your port, city, warehouse or jobsites etc, you can choose cy to cy shipping or door to door shipping service.

13),May I check the quality before the shipping?

Yes, welcome, you can come here or you ask your some friends in china to check the quality, then we ship it.

14),Can I ask the third party to inspect your factory?

Yes, you can ask the third part or your friend to inspect our company and factory before you confirm the order, you only need tell us the schedule in advance.

15),How can I make sure you are credible company?

At present, there are many fraud suppliers in the international business, if you buy stone products from China for the first time, we suggest you should do the following things to protect your business:

1, Check the company stamp or certificate. For the legal company, their formal stamp (round shape and there is one five pointed star in the middle) and certificate is authorized by goverment.

2, Check the bank account. In China, the legal company should open company bank account at the national bank, such as BANK OF CHINA, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA.

3, If their price is very very cheap, it's much cheaper than all of other suppliers, and the payment terms is very good for you, for example, 10% in deposit, you can pay the balance after you receive all of products, you should be careful, the supplier maybe just want to get your deposit.

4, The legal company should have telephoe and fax, if their telephone and fax are same, or he only have mobile phone, you should be careful.

5, Ask your friend or the third party to inspect the company or factory.
